Tips For Viewing 'Recorded Sessions'

       What to do if...

After you press the 'Play' button , you will see a 'Recording Panel' in the bottom right corner of your screen. First, wait for the recording to download. Note that it takes longer if a lot of materials are used in the session eg. many slides, graphics etc. You will see the 'downloading' taking place on the 'Recording Panel' and it will see the word 'Downloaded' when the recording is ready to be viewed.

1) If you wish to view the recording full screen, you have the option of clicking on the 'Expand' button in the bottom right hand corner of the 'Recording Panel'.

2) If you wish to pause or stop the recording there are buttons on the 'Recorder Panel' which enable you to do so. To start the recording again, click on the 'Play' arrow.

3) If you wish to begin the recorded session a bit later into the session, first wait for the recording to load, then simply move the red vertical slider forward to where you wish to start. You can see the progress of the recording by looking at the percentage that has been played. The length of time is also shown.

4) If you wish to increase or decrease the volume, move the green slider.

5) If you wish to change the viewing of the slides for better clarity, try clicking on the buttons on the top right of the recording window until you get the best view.

6) If you wish to alternate between the different whiteboards, go to the top of the window. Click on the scroll down arrow and you can move back and forth between the different slides.

7) If the 'Demo' freezes part of the way through (this is sometimes due to a pause in the downloading/buffering via the Internet Connection). Look to see what percentage of the recording has been played, then simply exit the recording and restart it.

Once the recording has restarted, place the cursor on the red vertical slider and move it forward until it shows the place where the recording stopped playing. This will fast forward to the place where it stopped so that you can view the remainder of the recording.
