User Agrees To - While in receipt of tutoring services from this website, the user agrees to the following; 1) to give 24 hour notice to First Class e-Learning Inc.  by email/phone of cancellation of a tutoring session; 2) to wait 10 minutes in the virtual classroom in the event of a late arrival by the tutor due to an unavoidable delay 3) that the role of the tutor is to assist and teach and not to complete homework assignments on behalf of the student 4) not hold First Class e-Learning Inc. responsible for personal injury or damage to property.

 Users agree to access and use the First Class e-Learning website for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the knowledge of and adherence to any and all laws, statutes, rules and regulations pertaining to your use of First Class e-Learning, including any Interactive Area. By accessing First Class e-Learning you agree that you will not: (i) use First Class e-Learning to commit a criminal offence or to encourage conduct that would constitute a criminal offence or give rise to a civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, Provincial, Federal or International law or regulation (ii) post or transmit any unlawful, infringing, threatening, libelous, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, profane, or otherwise objectionable content; (iii) disrupt the normal flow of communication in any Interactive Area; (iv) post or transmit any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or other forms of solicitation to other users; (v) be false, inaccurate or misleading in providing personal information.

User Behaviour -  First Class e-Learning Inc. reserves the right to suspend any tutor or user from accessing this site, for not following the terms of the "Terms of Use" Agreement. We also reserve the right to terminate or restrict your use of our service, without notice, for any or no reason whatsoever.

User Account, Password and Security - The User is entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password and account number provided by First Class e-Learning Inc. for accessing the Site, and is fully responsible for all activities that occur under User's password or account. User agrees to immediately notify First Class e-Learning Inc. of any unauthorized use of User's password or account or any other breach of security. First Class e-Learning Inc. will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using User's password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by First Class e-Learning Inc. or another party due to someone else using User's account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.

Billing and Payment Policy - Users are obligated to pay for services in advance. The cost will be determined by the service requested and in accordance with the 'Pricing' options as listed on our 'Pricing Page'. For 'Online Payments', there will be a small processing fee per transaction added to the price listed. This will be determined by the amount of money to be paid and the method of payment.

Special Offers & Price Changes -  First Class e-Learning Inc. may run special offers on our site from time to time. These offers are subject to change at any time unless a 'time frame/deadline' is given. Any changes to pricing made by First Class e-Learning Inc. become effective when they are posted on our website.
