- First step is to register an account with us. (See 'Registration')

- IMPORTANT:  For 'On-Demand Tutoring', for homework that was assigned during the day to be completed that same night, we need advance notice (by at least 2 hours). The latest time to submit a request would be by 6 pm, in order to be able to set up a time for a tutor that matches the qualifications needed for a particular grade level and/or subject. (The hours available for this kind of help is: from 6:00 pm to midnight.)  NOTE:  Taking into account the short notice of time, a session will be set up with a tutor provided that one is available. It is best to get your request in as early as possible.

- For help with a project, an assignment or with preparing for an exam, we require at least 24 hours notice to be able to match the student with a tutor. The earlier that we get the student's request, the better chance we will have of matching the student with a tutor and having the tutor prepare for the session. Even a week in advance is not too soon to put in a request to schedule a session with a tutor for this kind of help.

Steps to make an On-Demand Request:

- Click on the link below to fill in the 'Request' form, and send it to:  ondemand@firstclasselearning.com  with the following information: Brief description of homework/assignment (giving details such as subject, grade level, topic, and due date, if applicable).

- Give three possible times that are convenient for the student (in order of preference) for that night or the following night (s) and we will do our best to accommodate that request. You will receive a reply letting you know of the time for the session.

- Your next step is to make a payment. Following that, you will be sent the password that allows the student to enter the session. Just click on the address link that will be given in the email, or log on to our website, and type in the username and password. This will enable the student to enter the virtual room where he/she will be tutored.

NOTE: The session cannot be scheduled until payment is received.
